Return & Refund Policy

At SIUHOME, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition in which you received it
Be unworn and unused
Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
Include the receipt or other proof of purchase

Items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Please include your:

Order number
Name used for the order
Reason for the return
Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at uhubusosa08@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue so that we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Customized or personalized products
Items that have been worn or used
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
Gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale or clearance items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, size, color, or style, please request a return for the original item. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, where required by applicable law.

The item must still be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

This statutory right is separate from SIUHOME's standard 30-day return policy and does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
